About Us
The President of Michael's Janitorial & Floor Service worked in the health care industry for over 30 years. The last 15 years of his career he was Director of six outpatient facilities. One of his frustrations was finding quality and dependable janitorial services. Determined to make a difference in this industry he opened his own company in 1997. The company initially focused on providing services to health care facilities. In the past 10 years we have expanded our services to a wide range of industries and types of facilities including multi-story office buildings.

To ensure client satisfaction, Michael's developed a quality assurance program that provides feedback to both the customer and the staff performing the work. Site inspections are performed by trained supervisors and in harmony with site tasks schedules. This is a unique approach in the industry. However, it has proven to be an exceptional program which enhances client and staff involvement.

Our management follows-up regularly with service reminders, e.g., carpet cleaning, tile buffing and/or waxing, window and/or mini-blind cleaning. We are dependable and trustworthy. Our professional timekeeping software has helped us in every aspect of business! We have not missed cleaning a building due to "no shows" since starting. Express Time is a automated timekeeping system that goes far beyond just accurate timekeeping. It is a reliable, easy to use call monitoring system that works 24/7 to improve crew efficiency and to free supervisors for other important tasks. It helps insure quality customer service by:
- Clocking employees in/out from each jobsite,
- Paging supervisors for no shows, late arrivals and early leavers,
- Recording and leaving voicemail,
- Tracking supplies in each building.
